Your Excellency,

KOSOVO and METOHIJA is the cornerstone for Serb people and what else to do with Kosovo but defend it. We are ready to give our lives for what’s ours – Kosovo, truth and justice. But Kosovo can also be a stumbling block if unilateral declaration of independent Kosovo is recognized. It would be the beginning of the end of the present international order and the world would head towards the great uncertainty, and the Balkans towards the conflicts.

In such a situation, Serb people would not want and would not have the interest to join neither NATO nor EU. It would seek the alternative in the alliance with those who would not recognize the independence of Kosovo but would support the just solution to national Serb issue in the Balkans.

Lest there be a conflict, we propose that the UN organize an international conference on the Balkans which would help define who and on what basis is entitled to self-determination and in what kind of territorial entity.

Since we have realized that Albanian national minority has been supported in its self-determination, and defeats have been forced onto the historical state-founding Serb people, Movement has prompted the initiative to secede RS from the imposed BiH. This secession would be based on referendum and the movement collected 50 000 (fifty thousand) signatures from the citizens of Republic of Srpska who support this initiative. If Albanian minority is to declare independence of Kosovo, we demand from National Assembly to declare Republic of Srpska independent.
